Finding Additional Funding for workOUT- Outdoor Gym Equipment

With the recent launch and interest in Creative Play’s new range of outdoor gym equipment, we have had numerous enquiries asking for advice on potential external funding and grants that might be available.

Outdoor Gyms and fitness equipment fortunately fall into a number of potential funding categories for both sport and more community health based projects. Below are a number of helpful links that might be able to assist or provide further advice on external funding that might be available to your school, college, community project, local parish council etc. The list is by no mean definitive but it might help!

Ground Work – Community Spaces
Helping communities improve the green spaces around them to enhance quality of life in surrounding neighbourhoods across England.

A small grants scheme to help improve local communities and the lives of people in need. A key objective of the funding is to ensure healthier and more active people and communities.

Community foundations are charitable trusts that support local community causes. Their role is to manage donor funds as well as make grants to charities and community groups. Welcome to workOUT Outdoor Gyms
